I try to keep a few things around no matter how busy I am. I’m often too busy to shop and not home often enough to keep food around before it would go bad. Holy SHIT healthy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

We made this dip for our playoffs party.  Colts shred Ravens like Joey and Jocey shred cheese!  We served it with blue and white corn tortilla chips and it was a huge hit.
