Buffalo haven’t got wings!

Japanese Salad Dressing

I just made this salad dressing in order to use up some fresh lime that was about to be not so fresh, and because I’m tired of my old standby, honey mustard.  It goes something like: a cm of fresh gingerthe juice of 1/2 a limea  tbsp daikon, shredded1 heaping tbsp miso paste1 1/2 heaping tsb mayotsp soy saucedash of rice vinegar Mix that shit together in a jar. Leeks Risotto

I had my first risotto in Derry, Northern Ireland, so I think it was probably the furthest thing from real risotto ever.
